The academic support system here is about the Philippine's lesson
plan, I do love using this lesson plan because whatever we want to do in the
teaching process we will write it down in the lesson plan. If in Indonesia, we
called it as script teaching. So, whatever we want to do or say in the class we
have to write it down.
At first I wrote my lesson plan by using Indonesians format or template, but so far it is only a brief, so my critic teacher asked me to write the lesson plan in Philippine's format. The Indonesians format includes a core competences, basic competence, indicators, learning outcomes, approach, model, media, instrument, source, learning activity, assessment, and appendix. "How about Philippines format?". They have objectives, content, learning resources, learning procedures, generalization, and evaluation. And I got a perfect critic teacher, so, when I do mistakes in making lesson plan she will always have her review as clear as possible, so at last of my chance to teach, I got a best feedback in making my lesson plan. I improved much in that. When I teach , My critic teacher saw the lesson plan in detail, and I have to say whatever I wrote in that.
Furthermore like the multimedia projector for supporting the academic also provided in this school. I do enjoy teaching in this school. If I have a chance someday to back to that school again, I really want to take it. The students are also smart and easy to managed, it is support much the academic process.
